Candidates for the Master's or Doctorate´s degrees will be admitted in the course after passing through an evaluation process that may occur within a period of up to two weeks. Recruitment assessments occurs twice a year and the number of vacancies offered for non-Brazilians may vary (1-5).
It is common for the evaluating process to be divided into three stages: (i) English testing (eliminatory), (ii) audition of research projects by means of platform presentation and (iii) curriculum vitae evaluation.
Each selective process is defined by a previously published document, please consult this document and/or ask for assistance by e-mail or phone before applying. PPGBiotec accepts candidates from several areas of knowledge (undergraduates in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Engineering and / or similar). For this reason, it is strongly advised that a previous contact be made with a potential supervisor before subscribing to the recruitment process. Such a potential supervisor will assist the foreigner applicant throughout the recruitment process.
